Our Process for Schools
Below we have outlined in detail the process involve when working with us. We've tried to make it as clear and simple as possible. No placement, no fee!


1. Get in Touch
At this point you are just dipping your toe in the water. By getting in touch you are simply saying "This sounds interesting, I'd like to know more". Popping your info into our contact page will allow us to give you a call and discuss in detail what services we offer, our terms of business, and answer any questions you might have. ​​

2. School Profile
We understand that while there are some aspects of remote schools that are universal, each school has it's own unique opportunities, aspirations and needs. We'd love to hear all about them!
We will set up a time to chat about your school's workforce profile, educational programs, strategic plans, student demographics, etc... We want to know as much as we can (Without taking up too much of your time) to ensure we find the very best fit for your school.



3. List of Applicants
Time for the fun part! After carefully considering your school needs, we will put together a list of suitable applicants. Depending how unique your circumstances are, this could be just one profile or quite a few.
The applicant profiles will include referee reports, resumes, qualifications, WWC and registration checks, and any additional documents that may have been provided.

4. Selection Process
While Outback Teacher Recruitment are very confident in our processes, we always recommend schools take the time to call the applicants themselves and do their own checks and balances. Once you have made a decision and offered an applicant a position, please let us know so we can support the unsuccessful applicants with further options.
As an extra bit of peace of mind, we do not issues invoices until the successful applicant has arrived in community.
